Dakota Amrhein
Managing Partner
Dakota Amrhein was born into a family of real estate investors located in Hunstville, AL. She is the founder of Multiunit Investing LLC, a privately owned real estate investment company focused on repositioning B and C class apartment complexes. Dakota is passionate about helping people earn financial freedom so they have the ability to create the lifestyle of their dreams and focus on what really matters to them.
Elise Lin
Managing Partner
Elise Lin is the co-founder and managing partner of Multiunit Investing. Elise started her private lending venture 2001 and acquired her first real estate property in 2003 with the sole purpose of creating passive income. Over last 19 years, Elise has successfully owned and managed a robust portfolio of properties including single family homes, mobile homes, new construction homes, 31 multifamily units and farm land across Florida, Alabama, Indiana and Costa Rica. Through Multiunit Investing, Elise’s goal is to help individuals achieve financial freedom through passive real estate investing.
Anthony Amrhein
Managing Partner
Anthony Amrhein was born into a family of apartment building owners, managers, and contractors in Cincinnati, Ohio and has many years of experience in every facet of apartment rental ownership. After graduating Rollins College with a minor in Business Administration, he became a licensed contractor in the State of Florida in 1981. In Palm Beach, Anthony has worked with numerous multi-million-dollar property owners and flippers, including a mentorship with Dave Lindahl in 2007. In 1989, Anthony purchased his first multi-unit warehouse and became owner of Commercial Roofing of Southern Florida specializing in re-roofing high-rise buildings. Two years later, Anthony opened Commercial Construction Industries which specialized in waterproofing high-rise buildings. These two companies performed over 300 residential and commercial flips. Between 2007 and 2022 Anthony owned and managed Puckett Apartments LLC in Alabama. One of his more interesting and very profitable projects was developing a tree farm in Costa Rica between 2003 and 2007. Since 2020, Anthony has been focused primarily on private money lending, investing in storage facilities, and developing a small residential/commercial complex in Costa Rica.
